This Office 365 administration course is ideal for system administrators who want to gain expertise in O365. The course demonstrates an intermediate-level knowledge of the Office 365 administration techniques.

Prerequisites

Students on the Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting course should have at least three years of system administration experience. In addition, you will gain maximum benefit from the O365 admin training if you have:

  • two years’ experience of administering the Windows Server operating system, including Windows Server 2012 or newer
  • one year’s experience working with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
  • one year’s experience working with name resolution, including DNS
  • experience of working with certificates, including public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates
  • experience of working with Windows PowerShell
  • experience of working with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 or newer, Microsoft Lync 2013 Server or Skype for Business 2015 Server, and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 or newer
