We welcomed several new training clients in Q2 2021, proving that businesses are realising the benefits of digital transformation. With most of the workforce working from home in the past 18 months, more businesses looked to cloud computing to solve remote workflow issues. We’re honoured to help businesses understand their new tech and stay on top of the latest updates.

But first, here are some of our other wins from Q2:

    Our IT training centres reopened

After several months of gathering dust, we got the green light to open our training centres again. Our training classrooms are now officially open to those who struggle with online learning and want to learn with hands-on support from our instructors.

We value our team and our trainees, which is why we’ve implemented the following safety measures:

    • more frequent cleaning schedules
    • convenient hand sanitiser stations
    • screens and PPE for building staff
    • clearly-marked hallways

    On-site training has returned

As we reopened our Carter Lane training centre, we also began to offer on-site training again. Now you can save money by opting to have technical training delivered at your office rather than our training centres or virtually. On-site training saves transport and accommodation costs for your team but guarantees the same quality course and support from our certified trainers.

No distance is too far for our trainers. However, until government guidelines change, they will only be travelling to countries on the UK’s amber and green list.

Microsoft cloud strength drives second quarter results

Microsoft recently published their second-quarter results, showing evidence of the second wave of digital transformation sweeping every company and industry. Satya Nadella, chief executive officer of Microsoft, said, “Building their own digital capability is the new currency driving every organisation’s resilience and growth. Microsoft is powering this shift with the world’s largest and most comprehensive cloud platform.”

As businesses look to the cloud to help them stay ahead in a new digital world, they’ll need fully trained staff to help manage and optimise the systems.
